Processing time

Returning products

In the event that the customer discovers a covered defect on the purchased product within 48 hours of delivery must send a notice by mail with a description of the defect and any attached image. After the fault we will collect the product by our courier. The adjustment of your monitor may cause variations in the image and the colors compared to the real ones. This is not considered a just cause for the return of the purchased object. Products must be returned in their original packaging and must not have been used or damaged.
