Modes and shipping costs
The goods will come shipped, in most cases, in times that vary between 3 and 8 weeks.
The cost of shipments to Europe and the rest of the world depends on the individual country, therefore in the purchase process will be shown the shipping costs depending on the country of destination indicated. We ship to the following countries: X
For shipments abroad, the payment of customs duties the responsibility of the customer and the amount is calculated by the law of the country of destination of the shipment. Ad Personam is not aware of the amount of customs charges, which will be communicated by courier instead once the shipment will be arrived at destination. In the event that the charges were not paid and, for this reason, the expedition was abandoned or refused, shipping charges and customs charges will be deducted from the total amount of the order the same and the only difference will be refunded.
Once the shipment will be sent an email containing the identification code of the shipment. To check the status of your shipment will simply connect to the courier's website and enter the code of the special shipping box.
For shipping we will use the address shown on the form present on the shop at the end of the purchase and not any other address indicated at the time of the payment on Paypal.
Right of withdrawal
You may exercise your right of cancellation no later than 10 working days from the moment you receive the goods and the communication will be via email on time. The goods should be returned intact, in its original packaging, and must not have been used or damaged.
In the event that the return is accepted, you can choose to replace the purchased item with another of equal or greater value (in this case by paying the difference) or request a refund which will take place within 30 days minus shipping. In the event that the return is not accepted, you can choose to receive again the Products purchased (making you bear the shipping costs) or leave them in stock at.
